The service

Tack Room is a record of equestrian gear, offered by TimneeHolding for the Barn Standard brand, for people in the United States who are 18 or older. If the date of birth you enter is under 18, the account stops.

Your notes

You keep ownership of the reviews and photos you add. You give TimneeHolding permission to display them inside Tack Room, including on a public profile and the feed when you leave an item public. You can make an item private or delete it.

Replacement notes

Lifespans are placeholders an admin can edit. They are not a warranty, a fitting, or a safety certification. Helmets and protective vests should be replaced after a fall or on the maker’s schedule even if Tack Room has not flagged them. Do not treat a nudge as a reason to keep using damaged safety gear.

Offers

Some cards are Barn Standard products, some are affiliate links, and some are paid placements marked Sponsored. A click is counted. Links in the demo point at example.com until real destinations are added. An affiliate link may earn a commission later. That does not change the label.

Acceptable use

Don’t post someone else’s private information, don’t impersonate another rider, and don’t upload photos you don’t have the right to share.

Accounts

Sign-in is an email link. You’re responsible for the mailbox you use. We can close an account that breaks these terms once they are final.

Liability and law

Counsel still needs to set the warranty disclaimer, the liability cap, and the governing law. TimneeHolding is a Dutch company and the riders are in the United States, so that choice is not made on this page.
